The World Economic Forum’s Shaping Davos: Open Government, Engaged Citizens

Creative and Media Services

The World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Ottawa Hub – a community of leaders between the ages of 20-30 who use their entrepreneurialism to serve society – were selected as one of 40 cities globally to remotely contribute to the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos.

This formed part of the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Shaping Davos initiative, a game-changing global dialogue to bring the world to the WEF’s Annual Meeting in Davos-Klosters, and in turn bring the Davos Annual Meeting to the world. The event was hosted at Ottawa’s Rideau Club and brought together 100 executives from across Canada, in particular young professionals.

As part of this landmark initiative, M&C Consulting conceived and designed all of the event’s print and digital collateral material, including: roll-up banners, social media icons and Facebook/Twitter banner images. Our team also crafted and release the media advisory, press release and handled all requests from the media.
