The World Health Organization

Global Communications Survey

The global economy is changing. The pace of technological change is creating new opportunities while making older institutional practices obsolete. In this context, innovation is a key driver of organic growth for government agencies, organizations and companies—regardless of sector or geography.

In 2013 M&C Consulting and several Strategic Partners conducted a structured global communications consultation process for the World Health Organization based in Geneva, Switzerland, which involved over 3,000 senior managers, subject matter experts and country heads.

As part of this project, our team provided an easy to use, simple to ramp-up, online technical tool for global consultations and feedback. This included the provision of both the questions to be used for the consultation process and to analyze and consolidate the feedback received. M&C Consulting’s team accompanied the process throughout to successful completion.
